I've send MTN a complaint email almost two months back, did not receive any response email to this day. MTN making me pay for something I did not use after their representatives advised me incorrectly. Took out a new contract online and received a device which wasn't working. After being advised by their representatives they issued a new contract, new device and collected the faulty device. Now MTN is making me pay for 2 contracts after they collected their faulty device and sim card.
Ive opened a tymebank account 2 years ago while i were still on debtreview, that made me not qualify for moretyme, but since last year ive send emails and called them to ask if i can reapply for moretyme but they keep telling me that the system says i dont qualify. They do not recheck my credit report to see if i may qualify again. Thats all asking for them to recheck my credit report becos i know i will qualify becos ive qualified by other credit facilities.
