Vredenheim accomodation
The wedding function and venue were fantastic. Thank you to the host for the evening's arrangements. However, we stayed at The Kelders accomodation, which was a disappointing experience. The bath towels were old, not enough per room and too small. The braai chimney was blocked and pushed smoke through the whole apartment.Room Nr 3 is not suited for adults, although advertised as such. The coffee provided were cheap sachets, not what you would expect from accomodation on a world class wine farm. Abtoinettewas was unfriendly from when we arrived and finding fault. This accomodation is not worth the money paid and we will not recommend it. There are plenty other great accomodation options availble in the Winelands, to choose from. It's disappointing that such a fine establishment tolerate such service and accomodation experience.

Poor aftersales service
we had an issue form the 3rd day of installantion, went away and had to make several calls to GoSlolr before they send out a technitian. Eventually they did replace the battery, but settings still not as discussed. Now NOTHING is working, no battery, no Solar panel and she keeps telling me the solar needs to charge the battery - how will it be able to charge the battery if the solar system is not working??

Poor aftersales service
We had our Installation done on 17th Dec. the system worked fine for 3 days, then started to give problems.Battery switches off, solar panels not charging the battery. We logged many tickets to resolve and each time the same feedback..it's a setting, which GoSolr have apparently changed, then on another call with another consultant.."no changes have been made, but we will do now". nothing changes. we need a solution to the problem ASAP, not another logged ticket or BS story about settings! the system have been installed for 1 month with only 3 days working!! Yesterday GoSolr confirmed the battery is faulty and ned to change...3 hours later, no it's not the battery, its a setting. trying to svae themselves money at the expense of the consumer!
