Ephraim Malaga was a super star from star to finish. Not only did he provide me with great and prompt service he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Such dedication to customer service needs to be rewarded. It’s great to know I can relax and feel secure knowing I’m with an insurance company that cares. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.
Lucia Mbanjwa provided an exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns on an issue I had with the yearly increase in my monthly premiums. She took her time in explaining the process to me and resolving the issue efficiently. I feel such dedication to customer service should be acknowledged and recognized. It's an absolute pleasure dealing with ABSA iDirect.
I wish I could rate this company negative stars. When we made the first inquiry into the cost of fixing a jammed lock we were told it'll cost us an emergency call out fee and cost of new lock. When the technician came we again asked for a cost estimate, he said he had to phone his Head Office but by then he had already started on the lock. Not even 10 minutes later he wrote out an invoice for the R200.00 emergency call out fee, R995.00 for a lock I know is sold for R300.00 and R1698.00 for 10min labor. We ended up having to pay R2890.00 and payment had to be in cash. My husband called the Office to query the exorbitant amount charged and spoke and an extremely rude manager, that actually put the phone down while my husband was still speaking to him. Shame on this company who pry and people in emergency situations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!BAD BAD BAD
