Bad service

Took my samsung microwave in 7 January 2025 just to replace the buttons. They never followed up with me on a quote i had to phone the whole time to find out how far is the fixing. When i fetched the microwave and did testing the microwave did not work. Had to wait 20 min for them to look at it. After two days at home the microwave at home makes funny sounds. When i phoned to ask for the manager they gave me a incorrect number and dont want me to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone was rude. Very disappointed service :(
