Disappointed ,Frustrated and demotivated

I was interviewed in November for a FP post.The deputy principal Mrs Albers emailed me on the same day that she was excited that I had a successful interview. I then had to do a psychometric test.Mrs Albers phoned me after a week to say that she will phone my Principal for a reference. I was excited as I felt I was 1 step away from getting the job.Therafter I did not receive any update on my interview.I sent numerous emails and also called the Pinnacle college founders hill.Mrs Albers emailed me that I will get feedback the next day.This was on the 10th December. It is the 16th of January and I have not got any feedback. It is very disappointing and frustrating that I could not get feedback as to why I was unsuccessful.
