would like to take a moment to commend Ayanda, a cashier at Checkers Hyper, Mall of Africa, for the exceptional service she gave me on 5 October 2025. Even though she was simply doing her job, the way she carried it out stood out to me. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. It has been a long time since I received such excellent service from a cashier, and Ayanda truly made my shopping experience memorable. Thank you, Ayanda, for your outstanding service you are a true asset to the Checkers team!
Uber Eats drivers are engaging in dishonest behavior by *****ing our food, and Uber Eats refuses to issue refunds. In one instance, the driver was at our neighbor's house, took a picture there, and falsely claimed to have called us. Worse yet, he didn’t even honk because he wasn’t at our gate. The system, where drivers can take a photo and wait 10 minutes, seems designed to protect those who are taking advantage of us. How are we supposed to know if the driver has arrived if they don’t call or honk at the gate? I will never use Uber Eats again.
