THEY DO NOT BRING BACK DEPOSIT

I booked a car on 14 December and returned it on the 18th December. Every thing was in order in the car and even took it for a wash. They deducted 6k deposit from my credit card and I have not gotten it back and its now more than 30 days. I have been calling their offices and writing emails and they claimed on the call that they will call me back the person dealing with claims has been told. There has been no communication till today. Can I just get my deposit back and I will make sure to never book your cars
