So on Sunday 30/08/25, I was shopping in kenilworth center and really wanted to cut and set my hair so I passed a salon named hair freedom, I enquired about a booking for that day, there was one hairdresser and one receptionist. The receptionist was stressed by the seems of it, he proceeded to let me know thay they have availability at 3:30, I booked it and he wrote it down, he then proceeded to tell the hairdresser about the appointment( not so far away from where I was standing). She was so aggressive and angry and proceeded to let him know in a rude and abrupt manner that she has a Brazilian to do and was upset about the appointment booked. He returned to the desk and I instantly cancelled my appointment, I'd never want anyone with that type of energy to touch my hair, and I will never recommend anyone to you for sure. Customer service is so important, don't bring your moods and problems to your workplace especially if you dealing with clients who is trusting you to give them a good experience. I let the receptionist know and he didn't apologize, he looked and left me walking away with such a negative outlook on your company.
I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone. Their client services are pathetic, you are unable to get a hold of them for authorizations, you do not get responses to the emails you send continuously. It is an absolute nightmare and quiet frankly coming from the medical field I will not be recommending this scheme to any of my colleagues or friends. I think keyhealth is definitely not client focused and dedicated to their customer needs.
