I am rather tired of Paying a premium for food at Woolworths and the quantities are almost always less. I way the goods on occasion and it is almost always less than stated on the package. E.g paid R103,99 for cut mangoes. Package says mass 500 grams. When I weighed it at home with the package it was only 469 grams. *****ing 31grams! They do this to each and every customer and it significantly increases their already fat profit margin! . I have a lovely photo of this and will be taking more photos like this in future as it happens often!
It is a ****! Do not buy from them! I never received my products and there is no way to phone them. Emails simply bounce back!
The first time we ordered they got some of our orders wrong. Mailed them twice, no response. Left it there as the food was ok. We ordered again, we needed convenience food after an operation I had. Quality has declined, tastes like mass produced food. For example the roast potatoes were so full of water you cld squeeze the water! Even after airfrying jst terrible. The chicken stew was also very watery and chicken was tough. I could continue like this with most of the meals we ordered. A real dissapointment, considering the food is not cheap.
They over charged my poor 86 year old mom. R2555 to replace a lock that does not even cost R500! Daylight *******! The lock was jst faulty and we needed someone to replace it. They are and look unprofessional Real polukas who take advantage of elderly people. DO NOT USE THEM!
