Cape Cookies Pathetic After Sales Service/Substandard product

Absolutely disgusting customer service following a complaint on pathetic product quality. Purchased a 1kg bag of cape cookies which didn't have the chocolate centre but rather just loose oatmeal cookies. I purchased it at Checkers and was rather disappointed as I've been supporting the brand for a while now. I reached out to their customer care team in August and 6 months later no response. We'll get back to you is All I've heard since August 2024. Do better!
