False advertising / non-compliant labeling:
Company sells a product labeled 'GRANOLA with raisins and macadamias' where in fact is it just baked biscuit pieces containing exactly zero raisins or macadamias - despite the artwork on packaging displaying this. This is ********* and *****ulent. Even the til slip says 'cookies'. They should be held liable for deliberate public deception and blatant mislabeling. When I emailed them regarding this demanding a cash refund for being **** to and buying a product which says one thing but is a something completely different - they didn't even bother to reply. GRANOLA has a definition: "Granola is a popular, crunchy breakfast and snack food made by baking rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and sweeteners (like honey or maple syrup) with oil until golden brown. Often containing dried fruit or coconut, it is commonly served with yogurt or milk. It is nutrient-dense, providing fiber, protein, and healthy fats, though store-bought versions can be high in calories and sugar." This is NOT what is in this product AT all. Shockingly *********, and ********** customer service.

Absolutely appallled
Absolutely disgusted in how the size and quality of the1kg luxury assortment biscuits have decreased. It literally now the size of a R5 coin. What's the point even!!!Can't believe it. I'm a loyal customer but this will be the last time I purchase something from them. What a waste of my money and time!!

Cape Cookies Pathetic After Sales Service/Substandard product
Absolutely disgusting customer service following a complaint on pathetic product quality. Purchased a 1kg bag of cape cookies which didn't have the chocolate centre but rather just loose oatmeal cookies. I purchased it at Checkers and was rather disappointed as I've been supporting the brand for a while now. I reached out to their customer care team in August and 6 months later no response. We'll get back to you is All I've heard since August 2024. Do better!

Disappointing
Their cookies used to be the absolute best, but now they are not only smaller but they taste like garbage🤢🤮. I'd rather have Romany creams any day of the week. so dissappointing. Save your money and go for the Romany creams

Stale rusk and bad after market service
Contact them on their whatsup number got responses that it will take 2 weeks for feedback and now a month later nothing. And this for a box of stale black forrest rusk. They lost a client.
