They want you to register and then you register and pay the fee. We want to do our matric and then we paid R900 now they want me to do another grade that we can not to due to affordability so we want a refund the do not want to give a refund. So what do they want to do with the money. I want my refund back.
So how long does it take to finalize a buy. It's been 4 weeks and it is still not finalize. Document signed and sent everything approved and still nothing. Not even a message telling us what's going on. This is really **** service. Very eager in all ads but no service in real life
Really bad service we want to do a sim swop and they asked for the last 5 number. No one will remember who phoned Last or who we phoned. Now the don't want to do a Sim swop this is really pathetic. We got proof of residence and id now my number and still no service the consultant sits on her phone and ignores us.
Contact them on their whatsup number got responses that it will take 2 weeks for feedback and now a month later nothing. And this for a box of stale black forrest rusk. They lost a client.
I got medicail aid a year ago everything went good would rate a 5 star. Then i needed to send my documents for the new year. Did that after talking to a rep everything was sorted i would pay my normal premie. Then i get a message for R3000 to be deducted my documents was not rec. So i cant pay R3000 and no one contacts you to make arrangements but my medical has been sespended and they still tak the R1582 every month but i cant use it. So paying for something useless. I wont get any back.
Its been almost a week later no agent has contacted me about the payment that was taken double and then when you phone an donsecurity check the cant help you then phone again and same questions and same answers and then its right they can help you. Its easy to take your money but when they need to pay it back it takes for ever. Case number was give on the 9th of september we are on the 14th and not even a phone call

HE SAID I CAN GO TO THE NEAREST BRANCH MIDDELBURG MPUMALANGA AND EXCHANGE IT FOR A HD ONE BECAUSE ITS NOT COMPATIBLE. SO ON THE 25 MAY I GO NO THEY CANT EXCHANGE IT I MUST PAY 449 I THEN SAID ITS NOT WHAT THE CALL CENTRE SAID SO I WILL LAU A COMPLAINT. I PHONED AND THE SAME THING THEY MUST EXCHANGE IT AND THE SUP WILL PHONE ME NO ONE PHONED ME I PHONED TWICE ON THE 26 AND NOW THEY TELL ME 3 -4 WORKING DAYS. I STILL DONT HAVE AN ANSWER. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT LONGER TO GET AN ANSWER BUT WHEN THEY WANT PAYMENT THEY ARE VERY FAST TO DEDUCT IT. HOW CAN THE CALL CENTRE SAY WE CAN EXCHANGE IT AND THE BRANCH DONT WANT TO. SO AFTER 4 CALLS FROM A CELL PHONE ON MY COST STILL NOTHING
