Tymebank worse service
Vey disappointed in tymebank, i closed my account poor sevice. My accounnt was hacked of about R1400 because my account was locked and then i tried to changed my pin but the number i used was not tymebank and so monies was deducted from my account, the day my wages was deposited into my account and hour later when i purchased a new card with ne pin numbers, i opened a ***** case, ans received sms later telling me case was declined because my pin number was compromised, they locked my account saying that transactions that was going on seems suspicious. I then had to changes pin number and passwords again, but was told it was my mistake and no. Monies will be reversed. If it was my fault why did they blocked my account if it was my fault?i asked to closed my account and was told i must pay 50cent because my account was in areas of - 20 cents, and if i dont pay that the account can't be closed and intrest will be R7 pee month until i pay. That is disgusting. Ive got R4 in my account now, i contacted them again to close my account and the consultant aaked me id they can take the R4 and my account will be closed in 10 days time, what a joke of a bank,

Management at Brima Logistics refuse to deduct uif and tax, now we cant even withdraw unemployment, they say its only for permanent staff, which i lnow its not so according to labour law
Management at Brima Logistics refuse to deduct uif and tax, now we cant even withdraw unemployment, they say its only for permanent staff, which i lnow its not so according to labour law. And still refusesbto give our December payslips for December, we busy with CCMA, waiting for date to appear, and tomorrow off to department of labor to make a cass for not deducting tax and uif. THX
