Im Highly disappointed with Hollard’s emergency services. In a critical situation where timing was everything, their communication was zero. Despite their claims of around-the-clock support, I was left to handle everything myself with no support or follow-up from their team. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually communicates with its clients.NC Damon
Hollard Insurance,You guys are pathetic I'm still waiting on my 3 year cash back bonus that was supposed to be due on the 23 November 2024 and up untill today I have no received my money yet How ever when you email or phone them all they do is give you stories and say they wil look into the matter the last email they rep**** on was 9 January 2025 saying it wil take 5 working days to look into the matter how ever it's been more then 5 working days already no 1 comes back unless you contact them first and all they say is they wil look into the matter Hollard your word is not your honour I'm sick and tired of your bad service and the joke is my new premium with increase has starting already quickly to take there money but don't keep there word when the time comes to pay there customers
