Daylight Energy PTY Ltd - Not the company to go to for solar installations

An adverti*****t for solar was advertised by this group and so I called and spoke to Justin. The advert was a 12kw Sunsynk inverter with 3 5kw sun batteries and 16 550W solar panels for R133 995.00 I agreed and was waiting for them to come and install. A team from PIS energy(subcontractors) came very late the day of installation due to a flat tyre which I can understand. When unloading i noticed that it is a deye inverter and not the sunsynk that was advertised. I immediately phoned Justin and he told me that the PIS teaam loaded the wrong stuff. He said that he will rectifies it but I told him thet I cannot wait any longer as I have to go the farm for work. They installed it using some of my tools, slept in my garage and me and my wife provided them with food because they didn't have ane money with them. Late the following afternoon they finished the installation and was in a hurry because they were tired and had to rush back for their next job. Justinntold me to do the payment before they leave and I paid the amount in full. They really didn,t explain the working of the system very well to us, because their was actually no sunlight left and they were in quite a hurry. That night the alarms of the batteries went off and we had to switch back to the grid. I was calling Justin everyday thereafter and he was full of excuses and "promises" that he will talk to his supervisors and get back to me. This didn't happened once and I phoned him on a daily basis to help. A friend of mine came along and saw that they have installed a deye 12kw 3 phase inverter in my house that is only single phase. From there on I tried to explain to Justin what the situation is and he didn't believe me at all and said he was to found out from PIS energy and then will come back to me on it. They eventually agreed that a 3 phase inverter was wrongfully installed. All I wanted from them is to come and install a 12kw single phase inverter so that we can use it to its full potential. We can use the system during daytime but as soon as it gets dark we cannot rely on the batteries because it could not revert back to the grid. We don't want any trouble or our money back, we just want the system to operate at its full capacity. If this does'nt work then unfortunately I'll have to take it up with my lawyers.
