I bought a second hand Q3 Audi vehicle from Nissan Bruma in April 2024. The sales person - Jason service was great when selling. My dissatisfaction is with the after sales service. I picked up that my vehicles steering wheel buttons are not working after buying the vehicle and the breaks also started making noise after a month of buying. We took my car in eventually in August, and I was told to pick up my car the following day. Only to find that they just wiped the buttons on the steering and didn't fix the problem. It's been back and forth with Jason since, he slowly took long to respond to my messages and then eventually stopped. I am really disappointed and dis-heartened because I'm paying for a car that it not completely working. I would like to just take the car back but I need a car to get around daily.
I would like to share my disappointment with Dotsure vehicle insurance. My elderly parents both have policies with Dotsure and have each lodged separate claims with the company and have both been given the run around. My parents are pensioners, that have never missed their premiums for years, but when they call to follow up on their claims they are told they will follow up on one call and on the next call they are told there are no records of their claims. This is very upsetting for me because I know they're using their little pension funds to ensure they are covered for when the need arises only to be given the run around by Dotsure. They wish to cancel their policies now because of their frustration, but they've invested so much over the years and it's really not fair on them. I will definitely be advising everyone I know of my parent's experience and advise people not to consider this insurance. I personally have insurance with other companies and not once have I been treated the way Dotsure has treated my parents. I am really saddened by the treatment my parents have received and really don't wish it on anyone else.
