BAD SERVICE AND NO PACKAGE DELIVERED CAUSE THEY WANR AN EXTRA R750.
Very bad service trying to make money off people who have already paid taxes for a parcel ordered from temu.and now want to make another R750 off me for taxes as they say it was temus fault as the taxes were wrong and if I don't pay this amount the the parcel will be abandoned.that is such a joke. as they even asked me for proof on my order which I sent through to them confirming my parcel and they wanted to also know what was in the parcel and the amounts paid???Which i think has absolutely nothing to do with them. wouldn't surprise me if they kept it for themselves and how many people they have actually caught out like this. I would like for my taxes that I paid to skynet to be credited back to me which was an amount of R196.as I have NOT received my package and doubt I will receive it.liKe I said I'm sure they wouldn't just abandon it they would keep it for themselves. Absolutely disgusting service would definitely never recommend them to anyone. then to try and get hold of them is another story wait on the Line for 20 mins and still no answer .TERRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST.I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH A TERRIBLE COURIER .VERY DISAPPOINTED.seems they *****ing from people.

BAD SERVICE
I am sure this is a **** as I placed an order for bee venom from.mancesales and said would receive it in 2 to 3 days well it's been nearly 2 months after paying R498 for it and still haven't received the jorondy bee venom.absolutely ridiculous.i have sent numerous emails and still waiting for a reply.
