We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service we've received. We joined Debt Rescue last year because we were genuinely struggling and could no longer afford all of our debt obligations. While the initial sign-up process was simple and the representative who helped us was friendly, everything fell apart after that. Communication completely failed. Around two months after joining, my husband tragically lost his job due to the warehouse he worked at burning down. Despite reaching out for help, we received little to no guidance or support from your team. We were forced to lodge a complaint and even posted a review in January 2025 just to get someone to respond to us. Only after that did someone make minimal contact, but we were still left in the dark while being constantly harassed with threatening calls about our vehicle being repossessed. Due to this ongoing stress and the complete lack of effective help, we eventually had to make direct arrangements with our creditors ourselves. We are now actively trying to remove ourselves from the Debt Rescue system, as it has done nothing but add more stress to our lives. Instead of guidance on how to exit debt review properly, we are receiving emails about sequestration, which is not the solution we are seeking. We are simply trying to clear our names and move forward. We believe we submitted the necessary Form 17.W, but once again, we have received no confirmation or instructions on what happens next. This ongoing silence and lack of support is unacceptable. We need someone to contact us urgently and guide us on the proper steps to exit debt review. We demand clear answers, proper communication, and assistance—something we should have received from the start.
Terrible Service and No Accountability from NPPM Properties We rented a property through NPPM Properties and from the moment we moved in (last year), we experienced nothing but poor service. Despite numerous requests, not a single repair was carried out during our entire stay. We moved out at the Mid March 2025 and made sure the unit was thoroughly cleaned. After the final inspection, we were told everything was in order except for one wall that needed minor repair due to TV mount holes. We promptly fixed it, and the inspection agent confirmed all was acceptable. We were informed that the deposit refund would take up to 30 days. It’s now well past that timeframe and we’ve still received nothing. We have to keep calling them, only to be transferred from one person to another with no real answers. We're constantly told someone will call us back with an update — but no one ever does. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. We feel completely ignored and misled. It’s frustrating to be treated this way after being responsible tenants. Avoid NPPM Properties if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Let me know if you want it toned down, more assertive, or adjusted in any way.
We joined Debt Rescue in July 2024, but unfortunately, I lost my job on September 30th and, to this day, have not been able to secure new employment. My wife’s salary alone is not sufficient to cover our rent, food, school expenses, and debt repayments. For the past two months, we have been trying to reach someone at Debt Rescue to assist us. We’ve left several messages for Lindiwe, who is handling our account, and have also sent emails requesting that she call us to discuss the way forward. To make matters worse, the financial institution managing our vehicle loan has informed us that they requested supporting documents from Debt Rescue but have not received them. Now they are threatening to repossess our vehicle, which is adding even more stress to our already dire situation. We feel completely lost and unsure of what to do. No one from Debt Rescue has responded to our inquiries or provided us with guidance. We desperately need assistance to resolve this matter and avoid losing our vehicle.
