Hi , i took contract with Telkom which i was debited with extra instalment in March. when i call them they said the can see my account is on created i should phone after three month after taking the contract . on the 4th of July 2019 i phone them again and got a reference number 29063331 they said it will take 72 hours to resolve my issue, after two week i called again because the issue was not resolved, the story from the consultant change to they are still investigating . On the 17th of July the close the case without me getting my money back i am still waiting to date. I missed my DR check-up because of Telkom poor service.
kindly assist on the poor service that i am receiving from Chapiro Decor, they gave me a quotation for Kitchen Unit (R17500,00) on the 15/04/2015 01:26 and made payment sameday 15/04/2015 03:16, My unit still half done not finished and the agreement was I pay the deposit of R11 000,00 and the balance when they finish the job. I have been debited from my account on a monthly basis. November was R299 and December and Jan R99-00, these debits are made through Stratcol. the bank is also charging me and to get their information from the Bank I paid R50,00 I need my money. I have had enough of this company debiting my account. if this is not resolve this week i will be escalating this matter to the Credit bureau &
