Poor Quality of product and service.

Had a Maxidoor gate fitted at my holiday unit in Cape Town. These gates are not cheap but chose to go for a good quality gate as advertised. Within a year the gate was badly rusted. I had to make a special trip to Cape Town from Durban to have the gate replaced and I was told that there had been an issue at the factory that caused the gate to not be properly rusted proofed. In under 6 months the gate stated to rust again, I sent through my claim with numerous photos, emails and just didn’t any response. It’s been more than 6 months with no feedback. Very poor service and they advertise a 5 year guarantee of their product. Very disappointing
