Unhappy customer

I had a terrible experience with an online shop called ‘Louw Durban’ The products are not great, quality poor and it is almost impossible to return products. They insist on the customer sending the products back to China and refuse to do a credit until you have returned the products. They also don’t want to do any credits. They send mail after mail offering discount and anything but a credit. I will never buy from them again. What an unprofessional experience!
