Misled and forced to be under debt review
Thus company forced me to be under debt review, ive send them emails , call their offices , the ignore my problem. They are a misleading people.

Cancellation : put under debt review without my consent
Put under debt review without my consent, the agent misled me, and ive written many emails since from Day one: I wrote to formally dispute my registration for debt review under capital Debt SA , which occurred without my explicit consent following a telephonic consultation with the agent, During our discussion, she failed to inform me that I was being placed under debt review, and I never gave consent or wanted to apply for debt review. She insisted that the process was merely to reduce interest charges and speed up settlement, and that I would continue paying my accounts myself. Contrary to her assurances, my credit card was suspended on the same day, and I was informed that an application for debt review had been submitted. I immediately contacted their office to dispute this, and sent emails to their office, as well as to my creditors . I request that they take immediate action to: 1. Cancel the debt review application and restore my financial status to its original state. 2. Withdraw my name from debt review with all creditors and the National Credit Regulator (NCR) immediately. 3. Inform my creditors to restore my status, confirming that I never consented to or explicitly agreed to the legal consequences of debt review. I also asked a formal letter confirming these actions and informing my creditors to restore my status. Ive been in contact with them through email and telephone, seems they're are delaying and I dont get the required assistance. I even emailed NCR Complaint.

Misled to give mandate
I'm not happy, with their recruitment and misleading information. The agent misled me i didn't want a debt review and only realize after that I signed for something I really don't need. I called them on the contacts provided and no bone responded. I tried for 3 consecutive days., I wrote emails, I even tried their WhatsApp no response. I want to cancel the mandate but no one is responding. I hope they have the records of our conversation with the agent. She misled me about the service. I only need this to be cancelled. I made the debicheck out of the information provided only to realize later it wasn't. I never wanted a debt review.
