DO NOT BUY FROM ROZESS SUPPLIES !!!!! Not an honest company

I placed an order for equipment with Celest on the 11th January 2022 and was given a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of the equipment. Then I received an email from Chante telling me that it is lead time of 7 - 9 weeks. Now 8 months later I am still waiting for the equipment !! With emails promising delivery on 10th March, 10th April, 29th April, 13th June, 2nd week of Sept and now end of September 2022. The owner, Hermarie, also promised to keep me informed yet this has not happened. You send an email and have to follow up with another 2 - 3 emails before you get a response (emails are sent to 5 people) !! Rozess are trying to blame this on Covid however it is not true. After doing some investigation I have found others who placed orders in 2019 (prior to COVID) and only received their equipment 18 months later.
