Rozess Supplies is a ****,period
Rozess Supplies is a ****. I paid R145 000 on the 23rd of November 2021 for machines n products. They said the project takes 9 weeks. But it took them a whole year to deliver SOME OF THE EQUIPMENTS, 2nd hand equipments. Even today 15 May 2023 im still waiting for inbody scan. They said ill get them February 2023, even **** and said they sent an email to arrange delivery. Im still waiting. Rozess Supplies is full of proffesional ****s, unprovoked they just want to take people’s money and lie to them. Their excuses are out of ths world. I dont encourage anyone to ever look their way for business. I know a lady who sonce paid October 2021 even today she never recieved anything. They have a book of lies and excuse to use, they just look at you and undermine you. I have cried, got into debts while my money is with Rozess. I just need help with getting my inbody scan and 2nd bed because i know they wont refund me, the machine is worth R50000. Imagine that, workidng so hard thinking you going to make some profit to help yourself only to be ****med by people.

Package deal vague and partial equipment/product list provided. Absolute nightmare of a company to try get any response from!! Please be carefull of this company they are only out to take your money and you will not get service from them as advertised on their website. They are unproffesional and don't take responsiblity for their actions and their way of business is a joke. BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDES and most of all BAD PRODUCTS!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ROZESS SUPPLIES !!!!! Not an honest company
I placed an order for equipment with Celest on the 11th January 2022 and was given a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of the equipment. Then I received an email from Chante telling me that it is lead time of 7 - 9 weeks. Now 8 months later I am still waiting for the equipment !! With emails promising delivery on 10th March, 10th April, 29th April, 13th June, 2nd week of Sept and now end of September 2022. The owner, Hermarie, also promised to keep me informed yet this has not happened. You send an email and have to follow up with another 2 - 3 emails before you get a response (emails are sent to 5 people) !! Rozess are trying to blame this on Covid however it is not true. After doing some investigation I have found others who placed orders in 2019 (prior to COVID) and only received their equipment 18 months later.

Rozess is GREAT!!
I started my journey with Rozess in 2016. I started with the 3in1 slimming concept. Rozess helped me from zero to hero. I started with nothing... no clients and no business experience. They helped me with everything and I will always be very grateful. In 2019 I bought their Laser Lux permanent hair removal cash!!! In 2020 during lockdown I added the MICROSKIN facial products and Microlaser. Every thing I make now is pure profit because of their structure and plan they implement in my business. My clients see immediate and lasting results. Honestly for any new business owner it is imperative to have Rozess !! I could not have done it alone!! Thank you Rozess!!!!
