Rozess Supplies is a ****,period
Rozess Supplies is a ****. I paid R145 000 on the 23rd of November 2021 for machines n products. They said the project takes 9 weeks. But it took them a whole year to deliver SOME OF THE EQUIPMENTS, 2nd hand equipments. Even today 15 May 2023 im still waiting for inbody scan. They said ill get them February 2023, even **** and said they sent an email to arrange delivery. Im still waiting. Rozess Supplies is full of proffesional ****s, unprovoked they just want to take people’s money and lie to them. Their excuses are out of ths world. I dont encourage anyone to ever look their way for business. I know a lady who sonce paid October 2021 even today she never recieved anything. They have a book of lies and excuse to use, they just look at you and undermine you. I have cried, got into debts while my money is with Rozess. I just need help with getting my inbody scan and 2nd bed because i know they wont refund me, the machine is worth R50000. Imagine that, workidng so hard thinking you going to make some profit to help yourself only to be ****med by people.

Bad sofa quality at Beares
Please help me. I bought sofas at Beares Polokwane 2019 for my parents, within 8months on purchasing, the leather started peeling off. We called the store to come pick them up and fix them. They say they want some code underneath the sofa which my dad checked and it's not there. The R21000 leather that I trusted to be of atleast good quality is so bad right now, my mom cried about it,we tried to get help still nothing. It was so embarrassing when my mom passed away, people were sitting on torn sofas. Even today, they never helped me. That time they call you so fast to make a payment but they don't take care of their customers. I am not happy, my dad is even thinking of getting a bakkie, take the sofas to the store, we rather sit on alcohol crates. I need help, what can we do?
