Shocked.
I ordered from One Juice in Feb till today I have not received my order. I have e-mailed numerous times but nothing. I paid R859 - I see now they have removed the website.

I’d like to take a moment to give credit where it’s due. Today, I reached out to Bonitas and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Sibusiso Thabethe. I was feeling quite frustrated, but Sibusiso quickly turned that around. Not only did he provide top-notch professional service, but he also showed genuine compassion and took full responsibility for the mistake Bonitas made that caused my frustration. I initially called because I was considering canceling my medical aid and switching providers, but thanks to Sibusiso's prompt resolution and outstanding service, I’m sticking with Bonitas!
