I ordered and paid for a 3‑day juice cleanse from One Juice (Order #102249) on 2 March 2026 for R859.99. It has now been several days and I have not received my order. Since placing the order, I have contacted One Juice daily via all known email addresses and WhatsApp, and I have received zero response. I have also formally requested a refund, but to date there has been no acknowledgement or feedback whatsoever. What makes this even more concerning is that their store is listed as permanently closed, yet their website still indicates that pick‑up is available and is actively accepting payments. This raises serious concerns about whether the business is currently operational. I have been a frequent customer over the years, which makes this experience incredibly disappointing. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund of R859.99. If One Juice is no longer operating, their website should not be accepting payments.

I placed my order on 3 February and have still not received anything. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling several times, but there has been no response whatsoever. This level of communication and service is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Ordered from One Juice before, and the order was delayed. This time its been over two weeks and there's no response to emails and their phone number is not going through. Starting to think I've been ****med. Do not waste your money. I ordered again thinking they would have improved something. However it seems to have gotten worse.

I ordered and paid for my 3 day juice cleanse #102112 R708.99 on 26 January 2026. At 10th February I still did not receive my juice and contacted one juice and everyday till today have contacted them on all their known email addresses and on WhatsApp . I even requested a refund. To date I have had zero response and I still have not received my juice. I have been a frequent customer over the years and I am incredibly disappointed. My previous order was delivered late and sour and I just left it. This is not on. I want my money back asap!

The sketchy communication combined with the horrible reviews I am seeing is an indication that I am about to head down a disappointing road. Placed my online order on 2 Feb website says for GP deliveries it will take 2-5 days. Tried calling and the number provided on the net goes straight to voicemail. A follow up email was responded to by an automatic response saying I will be attended to within 24 working hours (with a disclaimer that if an issue is dealt with in their FAQs it will not be attended to), WhatsApp messages not being responded to. Considering that it’s day 3 today and my situation may change, I may come back with an update but it’s looking bleak for now.
