I ordered and paid for my 3 day juice cleanse #102112 R708.99 on 26 January 2026. At 10th February I still did not receive my juice and contacted one juice and everyday till today have contacted them on all their known email addresses and on WhatsApp . I even requested a refund. To date I have had zero response and I still have not received my juice. I have been a frequent customer over the years and I am incredibly disappointed. My previous order was delivered late and sour and I just left it. This is not on. I want my money back asap!
<p>I had encountered a problem processing my order and called in for assistance, I was advised that there is a cut off time of 4 pm. Due to the processing problem on the system which repeatedly asking me to call for assistance my payment was processed 11 minutes after 4, today 10/08/2017. I called to ask if my goods will be delivered tomorrow as I paid for next day delivery and was informed delivery will only take place on Monday and that the terms and conditions indicate a cut off time of 4 pm and delivery only takes place in working days. I was then informed my money cannot be refunded. It's only R60 but it's my R60 and it was paid for an expected service. My delivery now actually amounts to standard delivery, which is free. My question is if such is the case and your system understands a cut off time, how does it not understand that it should then reject my R60 and flag the customer that next day delivery is not possible. I seriously recommend an update of your system because to me this is daylight robbery masked under t's and c's and that's exactly what the consumer protection Act protects consumers against.</p>
