Disappointed
I would just like to make you aware on my experience on Saturday with the product in attached pictures Mandy’s facial hair removal cream duo. I bought this on Saturday 15.3.2025. I used it for my facial upper lip area. The product just ran down my face. I then shook it to try mix it and get a more solidified product to not run down but to no avail. Its complete liquid in the bottle. It also was a cloudy / raining day in Boksburg Johannesburg so not hot or humid to change the density/SG of the product. The products just simply runs down. It has done this before when using this product but I simply shake it and force out the liquid to get the more solidified texture however this time its completely liquid. When emailing the email address on the box ,I have received absolutely no communication back I dont want to buy another box and same result so I will look for something else / another brand

fabulous doctor , staff downfall though
FABULOUS DOCTOR love Dr Naidoo fantastic doctor however : her staff / reception very poor - not impressed now for years seeing doctor , I will now have to change doctors only because the lady booking appoinments never gets back to a patient / constant having to follow up and still nothing this is the last staw - Ive tried since month but really tried for 3 weeks now to get an appointment / book in for MRI Unfortunately i cannot struggle like this for a very important MRI too
