AFTER HAVING AN UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MAJOR TECH SMART GEYSER TIMER DEVICE THAT I RECENTLY PURCHASED, IT GIVES ME GREAT PLEASURE TO COMPLIMENT THE DURBAN MAJOR TECH TEAM AND IN PARTICULAR A WONDERFUL GENTLEMAN CALLED MEEGAN GOVENDER. MEEGAN WENT FAR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY SINCE MY FIRST INCEPTION WITH HIM, TO THE POINT WHERE HE MANAGED TO "CALM MY WOES" BY CONSTANTLY TOUCHING BASE WITH ME VIA WHATSAPP AND TELEPHONICALLY. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THEY PRODUCTS AND THEY DONT CONFORM TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (https://labourguide.co.za/general/the-consumer-protection-act-your-guide-to-consumer-rights-a-how-to-protect-them ) TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, WHEN YOU TAKE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BACK THEY TRY AND PROVE TO YOU THAT THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE BY CONNECTING IT IN YOUR PRESCENCE, THEREBY TRYING BY ALL MEANS NOT TO REFUND YOU. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A RETURNS POLICY. GO FIGURE? THESE SENTIMENTS ARE SHARED BY ALL THE STAFF ALONG WITH THE OWNER AS WELL. WHO COULDN'T CARE LESS.
