Picnic setup
My picnic setup @ Kievits kroon was so disappointing it was my birthday staycation and I’ve booked for a picnic for me and my daughter and payed pre person the amount I paid and the level of the set up I got was not up to the standard every thing was served in plastic containers the food was cold also for example when I choose snacks and my daughter choose popcorn their snacks was a packet of Doritos can you imagine after paying so much money m truly disappointed On a lighter note The deluxe rooms where beautiful just that they are close to the main entrance I got hear the noise of cars that was unpleasant And the pool side absolutely stunning Staff was also very nice and helpful

All along I thought I had lower back problems . All I needed was a new mattress. M so happy quality meets the standard I highly recommend bed king

Not happy
So was bed shopping @bed king fourways so a lady assisted me very friendly so she put me on the bed lab coz they check which bed is suitable for my weight posture and all that. She recommended a bed for me and it was comfortable and I also like it was told it was on special then lay-buyer paid within 4months. Bed was delivered on Monday 26th January 2025 slept on the bed for the 1st time it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever came across so hard like a rock so terrible that it gave me pain lower back pain my whole body is paining from the bed I reported the my consent the following morning the terrible service after sale I received was so bad called them 4 times then was told Simon was day off he will only get back to me on Wednesday spoke to him arrange to meet him on Monday 27th January 2025 on their branch Ferndale on republic Simon was so rude to me he disagreed with everything I told him was told the bed was on promotion only to find out it was it’s original price all along I’m so disappointed I regret even buying the bed now when I wanna exchange the bed his giving me another quote so now it means I must pay more money and when I want money back M told I will never be the full amount telling I should’ve read the terms and conditions but the manner of how he was speaking to me be littled me I feel so disrespected truly disappointed.
