After I had canceled my medical aid, was advised that I will get my refund in May. Despite the numerous emails I have sent, no responses except for me to send ID photo for vetting purposes. Reference no:310125QS0F9R where I was promised that the refund will only be processed in May 2025 due to the scheme having a 4 month general waiting period. Today a consultant advised that she (Mmamosebetsi) will escalate my query to the Finance department, turnaround is 14 working days. Yho what a turnaround time to respond to client's queries. Ref:020625QZ2D9
I must say, this is the worst service ever. From the time I received my premium review letter. I tried to contact Absa active numerous times without any success . I would hold on the line for an hour plus until the line cuts or decide to give up. This has been going on since last month. This month on my debit date they decide to debit twice the renewal premium. This is ridiculous, no communication whatsoever. Ref no :C50205351. Can I please be refunded my money.
I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from Bonitas. After the face to face interaction and telephonic conversations I had with their consultants they chose to ommit the most crucial information I needed in order to make a sound decision if I am changing my medical aid or not. They informed me that they going to refund my money should I choose to cancel my medical aid. Only when I read the refund form the information differs. They can go back to their call recordings, the only information that their consultants emphasized on was the turnaround time for my refund. I have requested a call from them, seems that I am waiting for no call. I want my money to be refunded in my account. Query no: 230125QRKZ83
