Absolutely disgusting – avoid at all costs We stayed at Stelle Maris, Flat 235 from 15–22 December. The flat was infested with ****roaches, dirty, and had a horrible smell from day one. Kitchen utensils, pots, and cutlery were old, filthy, and crawling with ****roaches. The microwave didn’t work, and basic items like a toaster and grater were missing. Management admitted they’ve had a ****roach problem for 3 years. Cleaning is not done unless you pay extra, which is unacceptable given the condition of the flat. My husband even woke up with red bites from the bed. We asked to be moved and were told they were fully booked — the only solution offered was Doom. On top of this, our breakage deposit has still not been refunded, despite being overdue. Poor hygiene, poor management, and terrible service. Do not recommend.
I have ordered with Official Sprinboks online shop. Wednesday 13th of August they arranged for a refund but Paystack failed up until today i have not received my refund. So what is the issue Paystack why can't you refund why is your system failing. I want proof why! Please don't order from Official Springboks Online Shop - Signet Licensing Online they had the kid for younger kids and i ordered a M for my son. When i got the package it was kit was for little kids. Firstly your description said younger kids not little kids online. Same day i arranged for it to be returned by courier the next day. They have received the parcel back on the 12th of August and confirmed that everything is fine with the kit and that i will get my refund back on the Friday 15th of August. After following up every time no the payment has failed and they will escalate the payment. I have even sent them proof of banking details and to date i have not received my payment back. I have emailed i have called numerous times with no answer. I have sent messages on whatsapp and i have still not received my refund. Please be very careful to buy online as they services are very bad and you wait very long to get your refund back. Rather go in store to buy then online trust me.

I have put in a claim last year November with COJ amounted to R7500 as our power was off for the whole week. I had to take out money for the generator for the gas to buy food. I have provided all the pictures and proof of payments and invoices I had. They offer me R436.00 from R7500 paying out of my own pocket. COJ connected all the other houses in our area except two houses. My meat is R109 per kilogram, I had 4 packs of 3kg meat. Shane tells me I have to treat him like a professional how can I say the total is R1300 the total is R436. OMW people he is a Account Executive for this company and he can't even calculate how does he even work there? This company clearly don't know what they are doing, they only thing they know doing best is by ripping people off. Please be very careful of this company.
