Reserved a room paid on booking.com and they refused to issue a full refund and yet the property is the one that cancelled one hour before checking in. the guest was just coming off a flight and was left helpless. Property told them to proceed with refund as the client needed the money to book another room and they left the guest helpless. Based on the consumers act the charges should dealt with between them and the property not from the clients refund. This was so ruthless of them and imagine how many innocent people have been ****** of their monies and left. This is pathetic and lawsuit should be filed against them. their decisions are based on automated systems that are designed to avoid losses on their end we cannot rely on bots for compassion and reasoning. The victims should unite to get answers and shut the website down until there is justice and fair resolution.
I keep receiving spam calls from Serr Synergy Spam that only ring once on our business line, when I called back I asked if they can remove us from their calling system and the lady rudely responded with, this is the reception there's nothing i can do, you have to call the person who called you and tell them to stop calling you, even though I called the exact same number back, and that there is no system in place and they get it off google and she asked me to remove ourselves from google, I asked how do I remove an existing business off google and she confidently responds with I dont know. I ask to speak to her manager or get managers details and she tells me she cannot give the details to me and that the manager is not in. This is just pathetic
