In December, I logged a claim with Naked Insurance, and they towed my vehicle. When I tried to collect personal items, they couldn’t locate the car for weeks. It was eventually found at a different yard than originally stated. When I retrieved the vehicle, personal items and car parts were missing. Despite providing evidence, claims agent Tshiamiso Moagi dismissed my concerns, suggesting the items might have gone missing at another time—even though some were purchased the day before towing. I requested for a manager to contact me regarding this matter I am yet to receive a call.
