THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO CLAIM
I have been quiring about payment for shares for 2 years, last december i was told payment will be early this year, today when i called them they told me , the dateline is closed yet i didn't receive any correspondence regarding that i checked with them if my contact details are correct. Indeed they are correct but they agent told me there is nothing he can do. This is the worst service as i tried to invest but when it's time to pay they make it difficult to claim.

Barloworld Khula Sizwe shares chaos and *********** agents.
During 2019, I bought some Barloworld Khula Sizwe shares with the clear understanding that the value of these shares would only be realised after 5 years. Fast Forward to January 2026, I started the process of selling these shares. Oooh, what a MISSION!! After submitting the necessary FICA documentation, I'm being pushed from pillar-to-post. They keep on asking for the same documents that were submitted earlier. There's clearly a shortage of skills at the shares trading desk of Barloworld Khula Sizwe/JSE Investor Services. It's chaotic!! On calling their help desk, one gets the impression that, there's definitely NO process in place. I regret having invested in this Barloworld Khula Sizwe share scheme.

A BBBE Shareholding Scheme Mess.
What a terrible investment this has turned out to be. Out of the reputable Barloworld is, I bought into their idea of BBE shareholdings scheme. To cut a long seven year story short, board of directors, seems to have bungled and messed up the whole thing out of their own interest probably. They definitely need to account for this failure. With a petty 149 shares now I'm allowed to be sell, what's happening with the balance thereof?

The board of directors must be investigated and arrested!
So I purchased shares in 2019, an investment that was supposed to mature in five years. After the 5 years had lapsed I was told that I cannot be able to sell them yet because the markets were not doing well. I have just received the money seven years later, I invested a couple of thousands of rands and I received a mere R600. I'm sorry but I feel like I have just been ****MED. If I could I'd open a case against the board to be investigated because there's no way you can lose money just like that in a 5 years turned 7 years investment.

Ohh ma word!!! These people are biggest gaslighters. I invested in 2019, payouts were supposed to be last year September. They came up with stories. Recently they issued out communication for the AGM scheduled for 17 November but never sent a link, I sent an email immediately requesting for the link I was ignored. Only a day after the meeting I received a condescending response “the link was sent to all participants” what the hell??? There was no link shared. I’m starting to believe that we were ****med. Trust me, don’t ever invest with them, they will keep delaying payouts and acting shady.
