Does anyone at Barloworld aware of the mess going on under your BBBE Khulasizwe shareholdings. This has a potential of bringing your brand as Barloworld under reputational damage due to the association you have to the scheme. Board of directors message up big time
What a terrible investment this has turned out to be. Out of the reputable Barloworld is, I bought into their idea of BBE shareholdings scheme. To cut a long seven year story short, board of directors, seems to have bungled and messed up the whole thing out of their own interest probably. They definitely need to account for this failure. With a petty 149 shares now I'm allowed to be sell, what's happening with the balance thereof?
Can someone, at least from Showmax; attempt to explain to me WHY are you still debiting my account after I've canceled the subscription months ago. The worst thing is that your service doesn't have an option to cancel reoccurring debit payment. I guess this was done intentionally just so hold our account ransom. URGENTLY delink my bank account number from your system. It's very annoying at this point. I hate Showmax at this point.

At it again!!. Got a bill for a canceled vehicle, they've been promising for months to correct it and nothing happens 2) They charged me 75% penalty fee for a failed debit order. That's almost equal their monthly subscription fee. What a rip-off and I don't think it's within the prescribed CPA. 3) Worst of all, their consultants, if you can get through to them; can't even explain their very own invoices they keep sending me. They always escalate queries. One thing I got to give to them and they consistently do it so well at all times is being worthless.
So far I'm satisfied with their customer service which is efficient and prompt.
Imagine being billed for the vehicle you since sold and canceled long time ago. I've contacted Tracker customer care four times, spoke to four different agents including an email I wrote regarding the same annoying bill with the hope that some one will care to respond. Needless to say, no one cares. I'm ready to cancel the remaining vehicle and move on from their nonsensical and pathetic service.
Dawid and Laurette were so efficient and quick to respond when I requested some documentats through their WhatsApp system. Swift and on-point assistance. Kudos guys!!!

I made an order from Debonairs through Vodapay this morning at 09:46AM, till now I haven't receive anything and Vodacom customer service is equally failing to assist. Vodapay app first time user and definitely the last time. I'm absolutely ****ed with Vodacom's service.
