After 30 days of sending in my Sanlamp Gap cover, I have still not received a response.
We paid for a once off 12 month advertising campaign. We never opted to run it for a 2nd year. This was clearly stated in our initial email. After the first 12 months past, they've sent us an invoice for a further 12 months. We never asked to advertise with them. The blatantly ignore all of our emails. they continue to send, "automated" emails from their system bullying us to pay them. They are ****** and should be avoided. Humans that care and want future business from their customers do not treat other humans in this way.
Before buying Dyson, be warned that the company, Tudortech, do not offer good service. Our Dyson has been with them for 3 months. What makes matters worse is they simply ignore emails. There is Zero urgency in trying to communicate with the customer. While they still keep our Dyson in their possession, we have now switched brands and will never look at a Dyson product again, not while Tudortech manage their after-sales service.
