I bought Plascon True Colour interior exterior paint from Builders Warehouse Bedfordview which is now peeling off my exterior walls a few days after painting. Builders and Plascon refuse to take any accountability after numerous trips to the store and emails with numerous follow-ups to their customer ‘care’. The agent claims it is paint for the lower end of the market and he would rather recommend another paint even though the paint stipulates exterior use. What does this even mean? Do lower income households then not deserve quality? They further claim that the paint should not be tinted but nowhere on the packaging or in store was this mentioned to us even when we asked. After doing research online I see numerous complaints about this paint from many customers. For such large companies surely you can do better for your customers.

This is the second time I post here. It is the only way to get this business to contact you. After getting a call and email confirmation of cancellation they have debited me yet again and have the audacity to send me yet another invoice 😡😡😡😡 SHOCKING!!!!
Pity there is no zero stars options available. I don’t have words for how poor the service is. I have both and emailed multiple times about my vehicles tracking device which is not working. This is continuously and dating back more than a month ago and nobody has contacted me to date. I think staff purposely cut you off or transfer your call into the abyss. Today I received yet another invoice. I am trying to cancel services but no success of assistance on that either yet 😡 😡😡
