Very poor customer service from WesBank private vehicle finance. The most frustrating part is that you can not get hold of anyone, via email or telephone. When you do get through, every person gives you a different answer and 'escalates' your application. I suspect that is just to keep you quiet for a while. The only reason my application has been progressing is a result of my relentless phoning. It is currently in the seller department and has been 'escalated' twice, but the seller has still not been contacted after three days. Very unhappy customer! Please do better, WesBank.
