Disrespectful towards their candidates

Joined this agency about 2 years ago, however today is the 4th of February, I should have gotten my money on the 31 or 1st or January but even today I have not received my salary and they can't tell us when we will receive our monies. I am a candidate there as a locum nurse in one of the TBHIVCARE offices in Durban. Everytime when it's time for people solved to approve payments and give us our salaries we are given the runaround. It's end of January..after weeks of not having money..this is the worst time of the year yet I still have to call their offices demanding to be paid.
