Disrespectful towards their candidates
Joined this agency about 2 years ago, however today is the 4th of February, I should have gotten my money on the 31 or 1st or January but even today I have not received my salary and they can't tell us when we will receive our monies. I am a candidate there as a locum nurse in one of the TBHIVCARE offices in Durban. Everytime when it's time for people solved to approve payments and give us our salaries we are given the runaround. It's end of January..after weeks of not having money..this is the worst time of the year yet I still have to call their offices demanding to be paid.

Feedback is the most important form of communication
Its time we call out recruiters and recruitment companies who snub candidates. For too long, candidates have been quietly accepting no responses, limp excuses and inadequate feedback. If we don't meet the criteria, let us know. If the position is on hold, LET US KNOW! If you no longer feel like the candidate is the right fit, guess what we would appreciate? You letting us know. I recently, (for more than a month) dealt with a particular recruiter, whom I'm giving the courtesy of not mentioning, who has not only snubbed my attempts for feedback but had to be reminded by her MD that they deal with people and their futures. The fact that it took me reaching out to someone higher up, mind you just to get some mediocre feedback and vain promises, could not fill me with less hope for this company. From the position is available and I'll have feedback within a week, to the hiring manager is on leave and will be back on the 5th of August, to no feedback for a week, to "we will help you find a different opportunity", to the position is on hold. A month after the position was removed from the actual companies hiring page. Recruiters and the companies they work for should be ashamed. Jobs arn't scarce, but it's extremely difficult securing the right fit for both the candidate and the hiring company. I commend their MD for being polite and pushing the recruiter for feedback, but this was such an unpleasant process that I could not recommend using peoplesolved to anyone.

If I had 10 million words to say about PeopleSolved it still won't be enough...❤️🤗 "PeopleSolved" there is more to that word. Poor service Recruitment Company
We obtained an IT person from this recruitment company. It turned out that he had a long history of alcohol abuse and in less than 9 months was absent frequently even sometimes for more than a week during which time he was drinking. We believe that his background checks were not done properly as he acknowledged that he had a past history of alcohol and psychological issues /problems. On approaching PeopleSolved to rectify the matter they said they did all the checks and will not be able to assist to replace unless we paid for their services in full again and also referred us to the fine print in the agreement. They absolved themselves from any responsibility and were not forthcoming with any other suggestions to resolve. We find it extremely disappointing to be left with this situation.

Christopher from PeopleSolved is extremely professional as well as friendly, passionate, encouraging and all round a fantastic person to work with, to name a few of his great qualities. He helped me through the recruitment process and kept me calm throughout (Interviews not being a strong point for me). He paid attention to detail and also always followed up with me as soon as possible. If all recruiters were as s****ed as Christopher is, then everyone applying for jobs would do great and get any position they were applying for. Thank you for your outstanding work! Keep it up.
