Mario is the BEST of the BEST
Writing this recommendation for Mario was the LEAST I could do. From Day 1, I've considered Mario to be a godsend, as he has been such a crucial and important aspect in my career journey. We all understand the horrors and disappointment involved with seeking employment, but Mario made this effortless. Mario consistently displayed sincere care and dedication in all of his interactions. His incredible skill to not just align skills with opportunities, but also to guarantee that the alignment was ideal (especially for me) in relation to company culture and professional advancement. During the whole procedure, Mario stayed consistently encouraging, accessible, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to offer help, answer my questions, and keep me updated throughout the entire process. His consistent professionalism and warmth made the whole process seamless and favorable. Cheap and Stingey
I've had the exact same experience as the previous review. I made a booking at the Capetonian Hotel through the Agoda app. After I paid I noticed that the date was wrong as well. I contacted the hotel immediately to try to change the booking. They told me to contact Agoda & change it with them. I sent both the hotel & Agoda emails immediately notifying them that my booking date was incorrect and asked them both to amend it. I was basically asked to just wait it out and each time I asked if a cancellation was still possible - to which they replied, it is since I noticed them immediately. Well, they hotel refused to change my booking date or refund my money. I was really looking forward to going with them, but will never book with them again. They are a bunch of crooks that steal peoples money

Metropolitan = Useless
Absolutely horrid. Signing up is easy - what would you expect? This the part where they take your money. I've tried taking my money out and they just have not responded to any emails at all. The customer service is completely terrible with actually helping you, which is literally their purpose. Completely regret ever signing up
