Would give no stars if possible. 3 weeks without transport due to pathetic service, I have been dealing with Khumo and his manager. Empty promises, no callbacks wasting my time, wasting my airtime frustrating me. Still waiting for my on boarding calls which was requested a week ago. Initial response is that my claim C1542238 falls within excess and therefore my claim is being cancelled and I am still covered for future incidents. What a joke. Covered with a vehicle that cannot move. So I must sit with a s****** that can't drive because according to Miway my claim falls within excess which is a whopping R8000, the book value is not far off from that. Why in anyone's right mind would I agree to R8000 excess for a s****** that's probably worth 14-16k if not lower. Worst of all this vehicle is financed, I would love to hear where I agreed to R8000 excess. My bread and butter has been sitting for 3 weeks, I have had to inconvenience so many other people because I don't have transport. Worst service I have ever received from any institution whatsoever. Sort this out now otherwise I have no choice but to approach the ombudsman and open an investigation with them.
No contact centre to cancel an order with an ISP that does not answer phones nor emails. I have been trying to get an active fibre line from the 31st of April. Terrible idea to close your call centre. I demand my order to be cancelled yesterday already with Dash Fibre so that I can give my money to someone who wants it and who actually has a customer service department. I suggest you do some looking into dash fibre.
Order on hold, no answer on phones. Been trying to get an active connection since the 31st of April. All I want to do is cancel my order to place and order with a other ISP. Pathetic service
Christopher from PeopleSolved is extremely professional as well as friendly, passionate, encouraging and all round a fantastic person to work with, to name a few of his great qualities. He helped me through the recruitment process and kept me calm throughout (Interviews not being a strong point for me). He paid attention to detail and also always followed up with me as soon as possible. Purchased an item on the 22nd of November online from Makro and still have not recieved any communication whatsoever. I have been going to the Cape Gate Makro store since last week Friday and was given many explanations from all staff. I went in today again and I was told the online manager sent an email yesterday and this morning, he only got on the phone when I showed up to the store, the online manager would not come see me instead someone else came to see me and told me to call them if I have not received any feedback within an hour or two. I refuse to call you when this is your problem not mine. I suggest to everyone to never purchase online from Makro as they do not care. I have sent 3 emails, with no response at all and called numerous times. My sms i received after purchasing online said my order would be ready in 7 to 10 days not working days. An email was then sent and it stated 7 to 10 working days, regardless it has passed 10 working days and I have not even recieved a phone call. The online manager promised that I would be sorted out today. I have not recieved a call from him. Again avoid online shopping and shopping at any Makro store all together. Pathetic service and still no one can tell me what is going on. If I do not recieve my item by tomorrow, I will be taking legal action.
