Yoh. Dashfibre doesnt want to give us our refunds from when they switched to home-connect. They dont answer their phone (spent 30 mins and spoke to no one), no response to emails. website has been suspended. Their twitter account has since been deleted. I really want my money back but I dont know how I am going to get it back

Terrible service. You can never get hold of them for account issues. For the last week I have tried calling, and each time I had to hang up after holding on for about 50 minutes each time and running out of airtime. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER! You will regret it.

Was with Dash Fibre for more than a year, at end November paid them as usaully. Got message from them that Home Connect took over and I have to pay Home connect. Since 24 November 2021 we are trying to get a refund. They dont answer emails or phone calls. And uf you ohone Home Connect there answer is simple, phone Dash Fibre and give you exactly the same contact details.

You never get through to the call centre, after holding on for more than a hour an half with the voice message stating you are calling number one the whole time. Being taken over by Home Connect, Home Connect call centre confirms I have to speak to Dash Fibre in order to get my refund back which is also still taking time too. Its frustrating & disappointed by the service by not getting answered by calling in call centre at Dash Fibre.

So you enquire during the lockdown on 2020 fro. Dash Fibre about fibre to the home. They first send you a ticket number the you hear nothing until a debt collector contacts you with an inordinate amount from interest expressed but not actioned on. Early cancelation they called it, which then quadrupled to over R900. I paid them off at R50/month, but realised that their threat of reporting me to the credit beareau would nit wirk as i am jnder debt review in any case. Referred to the Ombudsman who through z tedious process referred me to consumer bodies. So good luck to them as i do not intend to apply for credit in my life again

We haven't had wifi since last week Tuesday. When you call the landline, you wait on queue for hours and then the call disconnects when you are number one on queue. I have been calling everyday but haven't been able to speak to a consultant.

I have been following up on dash fibre regarding the internet that was off since last week friday (12 November ) , All they told me was they currently sorting the issue. they are bad with communication and very good at giving Vague answers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
