Dash Fibre has promised to refund payments made in excess; had us complete the form but has since disappeared.
RCS customer service is poor, I have been requesting a statement to be emailed to me for three months, but to no avail. I have also requested access to the app to monitor my account, but no-one can assist me. I still remain in want regarding their self service, which I can't use either. All of this after there was two fraudulent transactions on my card.
