Struggling with my internet for a week now. We wake up every morning it is down, after resetting it connects. however, the connection is very slow. This is frustrating as I work from home and can't work with the connection that keeps dropping. I have an open ticked 1526683 but honestly I am not getting any help. The connection gets better on weekends or in the evenings

We haven't had wifi since last week Tuesday. When you call the landline, you wait on queue for hours and then the call disconnects when you are number one on queue. I have been calling everyday but haven't been able to speak to a consultant.
Called Telkom mobile to query my bill as it doesn't seem right, spoke to a guy by Farouk and he was so rude. I had to tell him to stop shouting at me!! Imagine...disgusting!
I have been wanting to complain about Priska from the Pick n Pay fast food area for a long time. She is so rude and doesn't give you the time of day when you are ordering food. I don't think she can even smile. Before you done with your food order. She already screaming NEXT PLEASE. She has no customer service whatsoever and shouldn't be dealing with customers!!!!.
Under my home loan insurance, there are two properties under my name, while I only have property. I have called standard bank a number of times as well as sent them emails but no one gets back to me with feedback!!!! So annoyed and frustrated. Think twice before having a home loan with standard bank!!!! There are always issues after issues. No one ever gives you feedback.l
Hi,<br> <br> I went out for Lunch with my sisters at Piatto Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton. The waiter Bukhosi was rude, and had an attitude problem. What annoyed me the most was when we paid for our bill and gave him the tip he deserved. He rudely said he doesn't want it. He is use to getting 10% tip. As far as I know tips are based on what the customer wants to give you depending on the service you provide unless or otherwise it is stated on the bill slip. Bukhosi is very disrespectful.

Every Friday I buy a Pizza from Pick n Pay for dinner after work, this normally such a convenience as the Pick n Pay is opposite work and don't have to cook on Fridays. Last week Friday was the worst, I bought two Pizza's as I was having a few friends over, unfortunately the Pizza dough was raw!! Imagine my disappointment and embarrassment. I had to throw away the pizza's and make something else for my friends. The worst part is live 40kms from Pick and Pay, there was no way I could return the pizzas.
