So you enquire during the lockdown on 2020 fro. Dash Fibre about fibre to the home. They first send you a ticket number the you hear nothing until a debt collector contacts you with an inordinate amount from interest expressed but not actioned on. Early cancelation they called it, which then quadrupled to over R900. I paid them off at R50/month, but realised that their threat of reporting me to the credit beareau would nit wirk as i am jnder debt review in any case. Referred to the Ombudsman who through z tedious process referred me to consumer bodies. So good luck to them as i do not intend to apply for credit in my life again

I made an enquiry about fibre with this company. No movement on the fibre, and I decided that, given the fact that I have LTE of 10 gigs per month, and have access to data at work, I would not require fibre at this stage, as I cannot afford it. They, without any service, have insisted that I pay a month worth at R560 and after I engaged with them numerous times, they have "handed me over" for service I did not get. Surely this, according to most reasonable thoughts, is illegal?
