Unauthorised Debit Orders
I am not happy with their accounts service. They say I am in arrears which I am not and they keep debiting my bank account. I have cancelled the service with them and they keep taking money every month.

Unprofessional
Have been with Dashfibre since 2020. Never had any issues. Started experiencing issues with my Wi-Fi and tried reaching out for the last 3 weeks to discover they are no longer in business. No way of contacting them. Don’t know what to do. Have been paying them every month and have received no comms to say they are migrating me or that they no longer in business. Have tried contacting other isps hoping someone can help but nothing so far. Unsure what to do now…

Unprofessional

Definitely not the People's ISP
Dashfibre, a sham of a company that hides behind fake reviews and religious ideals, No one answers the phone, and when they finally do they speak to you it is as if you are bothering them and wasting their time yet you are the client. Not to speak of their lack of communication on their side when there is an actual problem with their network. Signing up with Dashfibre is like flipping a coin but instead of the coin having head or tails it's just covered in feces, please don't waste your time or money with this company. Definitely not the People's ISP.

Dashfibre Stole Payment
Worst company ever. They transferred my contract to a new service provider. Literally Stole two months payment without providing a service. Been trying to get a refund from them but no success. They are not available on any communication platform. DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Worst Internet provider
Worst Internet provider I have ever come to experience. Dashfibre Migrated us to Home connect without our consent or notice. And ever since it has been a struggle every month. Dashfibre has 2 of our payments which they vlaim have been refunded but has not. And this is caising problems with Home-Connect so they are constantly suspending us

Worst Internet provider I have ever come to experience. Dashfibre Migrated us to Home connect without our consent or notice. And ever since it has been a struggle every month. Dashfibre has 2 of our payments which they vlaim have been refunded but has not. And this is caising problems with Home-Connect so they are constantly suspending us

Dreadful Dashfibre
In November 2021, Dashfibre ISP migrated a number of accounts to Home Connect. My account was migrated without a communication informing me as a client that my new service provider was Home Connect. I proceeded to pay Dashfibre for December 2021. I have followed up continuously for 5 months for a refund. Emails have not been replied to, promises have not been kept. Im tired of following up. What a terrible experience!

Fraudsters
Fraudsters are running this business. Made payment only to be told that they did not receive it. Emailed proof of timeous payment, No apology, no explanation, no refund, nothing. None of my questions are being responded to e.g why the Dashfibre portal is unaccessible, how best we can resolve this issue which is entirely a creation of their own. Have requested they refund me before close of business today or else I will be pursuing the matter further.
