In November 2021, Dashfibre ISP migrated a number of accounts to Home Connect. My account was migrated without a communication informing me as a client that my new service provider was Home Connect. I proceeded to pay Dashfibre for December 2021. I have followed up continuously for 5 months for a refund. Emails have not been replied to, promises have not been kept. Im tired of following up. What a terrible experience!
